Fathers Day:

Dads were recognized and given a box of candy! The oldest dad and the one with the most children were given a special recognition this Fathers Day.
Our Vacation Bible School was a real success again this year! There was a total of 96 enrolled, this is including teachers and helpers. There were 6 young people and 1 adult that came forward with their confession and accepting Jesus as their Savior!
Our Pastor is a very special man of God who has made a huge difference in our lives the two and one-half years he and Sister Mallory have been with us! He said,,,
this is our prayer for you Calhoun Baptist Church! You will find it in Isaiah 42:6-7 NIV
( Isaiah 42:6 NIV) “I, the LORD, have called you in righteousness; I will take hold of your hand. I will keep you and will make you to be a covenant for the people and a light for the Gentiles, 42:7, to open eyes that are blind, to free captives from prison and to release from the dungeon those who sit in darkness. Brother Jordan also taught from John 10:10 and Romans 3:23.
He also told us to remember that God is passionately in love with each one of us!

Sunday Evening Bible Study 6:00 P.M.
Youth Group, R.A.’s & G.A.’s Wednesdays at 7 P.M.
