Once again it was good to come into the house of the Lord to give thanks for His many blessings for us and for our answered prayers!
Our Thanksgiving Dinner was a great success with lots of good food and wonderful fellowship with all expressing thankfulness for freedom and brotherly love.
At six o’clock in the evening there was another celebration with our neighboring church’s families joining us for an evening of singing praises and worshiping the Lord together at our first Annual Community Thanksgiving Service. The churches that were represented were the Calhoun Methodist Church, Drakes Chapel Methodist Church, Mt. Olivet Baptist Church, Miracle Life Church and Mt. Zion Baptist Church.
