Welcome to the news for the Calhoun Baptist Church.
This week Brother John Roberts served as Guest Pastor again. He delivered his sermon titled “Knowing the Voice of God”. Brother John preached on scripture found in John 10:1-5 and 14-16. Brother John taught about the ways God can speak to us and taught on the importance of studying scripture to enable us to discern God’s voice vs. voices of falsehood.
Reading your Bible is one way of hearing from God.
Our Prayer Concerns are for our Pastor Search Committee, Baby Madeline, Anna Myrtle Hansen, Jennifer Kampe, Pat Kampe, Chet Kampe, Jackie Isabell,
Pray for our men and women in the Military. at home and on foreign soil.
On February 14th. there will be a “Valentine Banquet” following Morning Church @ Noon
Bring a Meat, vegetable, salad or dessert to share with your brothers and sisters in Christ. Come and share in the fellowship.
We have Sunday School @ 10:00 AM every Sunday morning with a Class for each Age Group.

We have a Nursery for the Little Ones
At 6 PM on Wednesdays Youth Group Meets
Wednesdays at 6 PM GA’s & RA’S .
Also Adult Bible Study Meets Wednesdays @ 7 PM
