Despite early morning showers, the Lord provided a clear break and we were able to have our drive-in service. This has been true every Sunday for weeks. Praise be to God! Pastor Mark Abney brought the sermon titled How Great Is Our God. 1 John 4:4 says “You little children, are from God and have overcome them because the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world”. We who are God’s children are the ones from God and Satan is the one in the world. Satan likes to take God’s word and twist it into lies. If he can make you believe that God’s word is not true he can manipulate you. But, God’s word is true. God is greater than ANYTHING in this world. If you don’t know Jesus as your savior you have played into Satan’s hand. Satan is working evil but God is working good. How great is our God!
Continue to pray for our country’s leaders and health care workers especially as our country is opening up and people are going back to work.
Celebrate Recovery continues on Sunday evenings at 6:30 pm with a drive-in service or via live stream on our church website. All are invited.
This Sunday, May 10th is Mother’s Day. Join us in worship at 11:00 am as we celebrate the blessing of our Mothers. We will practice social distancing within our church building. Sunday School is suspended until a later date.
